How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, Standard Shipping is estimated at 8–15 business days and Express Shipping at 7–12 business days. Standard orders usually arrive about 9–17 business days after purchase when processing is included.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping costs $6.94 and is free on orders of $159 or more. Express Shipping costs $32.95 and is not included in the free-shipping offer.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show the first scan. You can follow your parcel from the tracking page after your shipment confirmation is issued.
Where do you ship?
SlikWork currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. P.O. boxes, military addresses and destinations outside the continental United States are not currently supported.
What is your return window?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days from the date the carrier records delivery. Items should be in new, resalable condition with original packaging, tags and included accessories.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
No. Eligible returns within the 90-day window are free. After return authorization, SlikWork provides a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund is sent back to the original payment method.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled at no cost before shipment. If the parcel has already shipped, the return process applies instead.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact SlikWork within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, return shipping is covered and you can receive a replacement or refund according to the store policy.
